Privacy Notice

What we collect

• What you send us: your name, phone, email and the details you include in a form, an email or a message.
• Calls and chats with Ember, our AI assistant: if you talk with Ember by voice or text, what you say is sent to an outside AI service provider so Ember can answer you. The conversation may be recorded and transcribed, and short notes are saved with your inquiry so our team can follow up.
• Basic technical data that websites normally receive, such as your browser type and the pages you visit.

How we use it

To answer you, follow up on your inquiry, run and secure our site and services, and meet legal requirements.

Who we share it with

With service providers that help us run the site, our phones and our AI assistant, only to do that work for us. We also share it when the law requires us to, or to protect our rights. Please don't share confidential deal details with Ember. We ask for a signed confidentiality agreement first.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to charles@theqfn.com. We'll answer within a reasonable time. If you don't want to talk with an AI assistant, ask for a person or leave a message.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this notice, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
